I like all of three food 🍱I mostly eat their famous dishes and there mash potatoes and gravy with the $30.00 bucket
I ordered online for a 5:30PM pickup. At 5:00PM, my order was listed as Ready For Pickup.
I arrived at 5:28PM, they didn't have 2 of the 5 items that I ordered. The employee told me that I'd have to get a refund and began taking the next customer. I had to file for a refund online.

My son was just in at this store. It wasn't busy. He stood at the counter for literally 45 minutes with no acknowledgement of his presence. The staff totally ignored him. I never leave bad reviews but this was totally unacceptable!!! I don't know who the management of this store is but if you're wondering why your business is down, this would be the case. I would fire every staff member on staff and start fresh!!
