McDonald's in Binghamton

“I was traveling in my rv... stopped at another mcds off 81 nearby- their menu was all blacked out(no pics)? the prices were about 40% more than anywhere else? only value meal was a chicken sandwich? I left w/o ordering.
THIS LOCATION..was EXTREMELY busy at 12:45 for lunch. Workers were really hustling, you could tell they needed help- and I ordered a meal with multiple adjustments figuring it may not be correct. IT WAS EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT! This crew really hustled & deserves some kudos!! and probably a raise. Great Job!!“

“Overall when I order myself breakfast through the app it's very simple and quick. Nothing horrible a short wait and boom done. Love the steak egg and cheese on a bagel. They always make my coffee just the way I like it!

“They totally messed up my almost $60 take out order, I kept the receipts! #280 & #286 @ 5:53PM on 04/01/2024. They were inattentive to their customers and the delivery drivers, and had them waiting an extremely long time to get any type of assistance or acknowledgement....I did call ... I did speak to a manger... With no resolve! Main Street McDonald's in Binghamton, you need to hire new staff and do better. Because your customer service NEEDS DESPERATE HELP.McDonald's used to be a Happy & Fun Experience ... a treat, a place my grandchildren would look forward to going (per their reward system). NOW... All I saw was disappointment, sad faces, cold nuggets, stale fries and no toy! In their "Happy Meals"!!!...that's not happy at all!Not to mention, I was looking forward to that double fillet o'fish... Which wasn't a double, at all, and cold!!! Who wants to eat COLD FISH??? They need to put an undercover liaison in there! You'll see...“
