“Overall when I order myself breakfast through the app it's very simple and quick. Nothing horrible a short wait and boom done. Love the steak egg and cheese on a bagel. They always make my coffee just the way I like it!

“They totally messed up my almost $60 take out order, I kept the receipts! #280 & #286 @ 5:53PM on 04/01/2024. They were inattentive to their customers and the delivery drivers, and had them waiting an extremely long time to get any type of assistance or acknowledgement....I did call ... I did speak to a manger... With no resolve! Main Street McDonald's in Binghamton, you need to hire new staff and do better. Because your customer service NEEDS DESPERATE HELP.McDonald's used to be a Happy & Fun Experience ... a treat, a place my grandchildren would look forward to going (per their reward system). NOW... All I saw was disappointment, sad faces, cold nuggets, stale fries and no toy! In their "Happy Meals"!!!...that's not happy at all!Not to mention, I was looking forward to that double fillet o'fish... Which wasn't a double, at all, and cold!!! Who wants to eat COLD FISH??? They need to put an undercover liaison in there! You'll see...“
“It appeared the screens displaying the orders wasn't working on the counter side. They put order receipt stickers up on the screen so they could follow along and fulfill each order. Meanwhile they where very pleasant and cheerful. They all worked together like a well oiled machine (those are hard to find now a day). Great job crew and manager/crew leader!“
