“Very comfortable, modern little place, a complete surprise. Came here after having a bad experience at another restaurant (didn't even get seated before we decided not to spend money there). P S has a good variety of offerings, and prepares all of them superbly. Very friendly, lovely venue and location, an all-around classy and worthwhile dining experience. If you're in Binghamton, you definitely need to check them out!“

“my order was literally a take out container full of overcooked mushy disgusting "noodles". the veggies were bland and overcooked. the shrimp were overcooked and still had the tail on them. there was not one redeeming quality about my order. I've had more flavor and quality from a 30¢ pack of instant ramen. pathetic.“
