Located in the basement of Binghamton University’s union, they just recently underwent construction which really opened up the space. Completely vegan and mostly gluten-free too. Hot lunches are available as well as pre-made vegan stapes
I've been volunteering at the Food Co-op for almost six years (four as a student and two as an alum!) It's a great spot on campus, especially if you're trying to escape the behemoth food supplier Sodexo. Hot lunch is served weekdays at noon, and it's always vegetarian and mostly vegan and gluten free (labeled on the menu board). Generally lunch will consist of a couple of main dishes made from beans, tofu, tempeh, root veggies, etc, + a salad + bread + dessert. Food is cooked...read full review
