Came in with my husband and toddler as a walk in, we got sat we were never asked if a table was okay for us we asked if it was possible to get a booth they said no without saying it’ll be a wait for a booth we would’ve waited .

My family was just there on Sunday for my dad’s birthday and my husband and sister both got food poisoning, the only thing they both ate was the salad, no one else did. They said it was wilted and soggier than it should have been. If anyone from management is reading this…please evaluate the salad products. ?

Tables were dirty salads were wilted and withered. My kids meal The chicken fingers were gross oil tasted. Dirty and weeks old. I also got sick in the bathroom was even disgusting.I’m So upset and unsatisfied and the then to call in to ask to speak to a manager and Joan failed to get me connected.Olive garden should have never rebuilt after there fire very sad business ? I got food poisoning my son who’s only 3 got food poisoning and my lady got food poisoning too my youngest son told me the food was yucky ? ?I’m sad this company made me fail my family for dinner that night

Ordered foor togo. I chose curbside pickup since I had two littles that I didn't want to drag inside with me. They walked out with it two minutes after the estimated time which I thought was fantastic but the young man was so apologetic about "the wait". I kept stressing that there was no reason to apologize. We live about 25 minutes away but the food was still hot upon getting home. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is how much garlic and season salt is always put on the broccoli in the kids meals. I wish it came plain without having to ask for it because I it is not stated that it has seasoning, so I don't remember to ask.
Brandon was our server tonight and he was amazing as was the food. HOWEVER, that is kind of where it ended with our celebration. The manager was very rude to our table when we told her it was out sons birthday and we were out celebrating. She more or less made it sound like we were free food lurking and moochers. After she went to the back we heard her yelling at someone back there. We couldn't really hear the whole thing. But, if all we got was the rude part of her, I feel very bad for the staff in the back. We definitely won't be back to this Olive Garden.

first time trying olive garden since like 2007, now I remember why I don't bother with it. tasted like overpriced junk food. tho the calamari was decent, if the breading wasn't so salty.
