About The Hub

The Hub is a unique restaurant located in the Lake George area, known as a favorite weekend stop after a hike or bike ride. It’s a combination of a bicycle shop and a restaurant, offering sandwiches, craft brews, and the fresh-sliced Hub Club. The staff is friendly and helpful, often creating a lively atmosphere with music playing in the background. The building has been converted to include a bicycle repair shop, pub, T-shirt shop, band stand, and EV charger, making it a versatile spot. It is set off Route 8 overlooking a river and pond, with a small screened-in porch for outdoor seating. Parking options include an EV charger. The food and customer service consistently receive positive feedback, with highlights like the Adirondack Gobbler Salad and a 5 cheese platter. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially after a hike when visitors can enjoy a beer & sandwich right at the trailhead. Many guests appreciate sitting outside under large umbrellas, and some find it surprising how busy this place isn’t at all times, given its many attractions. Overall, The Hub remains a popular spot to relax, grab a bite, and enjoy the friendly environment.
