The chef has created a balanced experience with every dish we have tried so far and the pastries are as enormous as they are delicious. The staff is friendly and super courteous while the decor is inviting and the atmosphere is like youre sitting down with friends. Wether you wanna sit down, pick up or grab something for the runtheyve got it. They also have great pup-cakes for the pooches that my dogs loved. 10/10 would recommend!”

It feels like more of a restaurant than a brewery. We’re going to look into possibly renting the place as a venue as well.”

Our mom, Shirley Michaud has worked for the Haydens for many years and they are definitely the kindest, most generous, people to our mom. At 84 years old, Mom continues to make the DQ cakes and specialty items and she lives to work. “As a Canadian trying Jrek for the first time - I would say it’s a bit better than Subway. The staff at this location had to be the most adorable team. They knew everyone that came in and addressed them all as hun or sweetheart which was so cute to see. They had a ton of staff working so there was no wait. The meat was really well seasoned and was a good portion size. My only disappointment is it’s very messy and gets very moist in the foil they wrap it in. I walked a minute to my car - opened both sandwich’s up and they were already soaked and sloppy. Had I waited 20 minutes I think the bread would have just been sog and meat. None the less will probably try again but maybe a cold sub this time.”

“I went there yesterday (10/11) around 5pm. Amazing service! I was traveling all day and stopped to grab a few things and was very hungry. The guy that was making the food was fast, really friendly and gave the best service I’ve ever had at a subway. His name was Addison I believe, best sub ever, perfectly crafted and very fast. I felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I stepped up. 10/10 best subway experience ever.”

“I got the works calzone - a medium. I Huuuuge! Would love it if you made personal sized ones that are small. I gotta watch my waistline. I will say I was really impressed with the quality and flavors - absolutely delicious. There is a mixture of ricotta and mozzarella inside the calzone with different veggies. The calzone crust stayed crispy for at least a half hour and didn’t get soggy. So far best Italian food I’ve had in the North Country. People appreciate it when a restaurant today actually makes really good food.”

“My son and I have eaten here a few times. Excellent diner food at reasonable prices. I had the open face turkey sandwich with fries. My son had lasagna. They make the fries fresh, which is hard to find these days.

We didn't have dessert on this day, but the apple pie at Via Main is some of the best you'll ever have. I can't recommend it enough.

“Got a large order for 4 people tonight. They were slightly behind - 15 minutes. We waited in car and they ran it out to us. They were great and even accommodated a last minute add to the order. I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table.Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. I will be doing so in the future.As for service, again, I was not being 'served' but I observed the team members as they served their patrons. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing?”
