I ordered a grilled cheese for my 5 year old daughter. Picked up and drove to a nearby park for us to enjoy our day and it was completely burnt. I didn’t even bother to go back. I will never visit this establishment again. What a disgrace of a deli.

This is not Ronaldo's anymore. Has been something else for 7 months, they said. Bagel was ok, but place was not very clean. Bathroom out of order. Coffee wasn't good and didn't provide half and half, just milk. Will definitely go somewhere different if ever in the area again.

Have been here a couple of times, it is local to my house and figured you can’t judge a place from one visit. I have ordered bagels from there only, the bagels they use aren’t very good at all. I don’t know where they buy them from but they aren’t good. They also sell good they’ve just bought from a grocery store at inflated rates with the prices ripped off. I went on a Friday morning and was told they had no everything bagels and no sesame seed bagels. Another time they put so little creme cheese on my bagel I couldn't even tell it was there. A convenient, local stop for me but will not be returning

I been to this place a few times before and their sandwiches are delicious, but this time I went in I got the worst sandwich in my life. I ask for a simple turkey, American yellow cheese , lettuce and tomato sandwich. In my opinion that’s a very simple sandwich, when I open the sandwich they put mayo on it so I went back for them to fix it and she fix it and the second sandwich I got was very sloppy made like they just threw a few slices or turkey and the lettuce and tomato on it and on top of that they forgot the cheese. El sandwich estaba bien pobre también casi no tenía nada por el dinero que pague esperaba que fuera de buena calidad. I had never had this experience or problems in this place before. I hope the quality of this store doesn’t go down ones the new owners come in.

Was recently in this place for a bagel with cream cheese. Upon opening the bag, I noticed that the bagel appeared to have been chewed on by something. Upon further inspection in the bag, I noticed what appeared to be mouse droppings, thus the picture was now complete. Will never be returning for obvious reasons.
