David and Michelle are fabulous chefs and the wider Brewster area could not be luckier to have them!! The straddle that very tricky divide between bread and pastry, doing both very well. I love great pastry and have been looking for a place like this for years. We drive 25 minutes to get there with no regrets! Thanks guys for joining the pantheon of wonderful pastry shops! We are beyond grateful ?Dietary restrictions: They meet most dietary restrictions as well.
We have had great lunches here before. I took my wife here for her birthday breakfast. She (and I) loved it. Everybody was festive and the food was extraordinary! The eggs were made special for her in a plate with very nice rye toast on the side. We will definitely return here for breakfast or lunch (or a delicious pastry snack!)Parking: Handicapped spot convenient right by the front door, with a convenient ramp.

We just happened to stumble upon this bakery on a walk on the Maybrook trail. Wow is all I can say. The service and food was amazing. We cannot wait to go back!! So many yummy things to try.
