Brewster Pastry is the kind of bakery that makes it easy to grab something for the morning. I tried a blueberry danish and a chocolate-filled pastry, and both had a fresh, flaky texture. The danish had a good amount of fruit without being too sweet, while the chocolate one was richer but still balanced. I also took home a loaf of bread for later.

The pastry I picked was sweet, soft, and perfect with coffee. It felt like a cozy local spot I’d come back to when I want something fresh-baked.
Cute place! Made it just before they closed and they were still very accommodating. Definitely want to come back and try more, everything looks so good!
