Ordered through DoorDash. The food came quickly and hot as well as correct. We ordered the hibachi noodles, shrimp and vegetable tempura, beef negimaki and sweet potato rolls. The beef negimaki and sweet potato rolls were very good. The hibachi noodles were a bit gummy but ok tasting and the tempura lacked favor. All in all they were good portions and reasonably priced. Would definitely order from here again.

I’ve been meaning to try Aji Sushi for years, but the questionable reviews always kept me away. A friend and I decided to stop in today, on a Sunday, around noon time and found the restaurant to be empty, except for staff. A couple of staff members were at the cluttered sushi counter, seemingly preparing takeout orders, while others were sitting in booths eating or on their phones, waiting for customers. Not the best “dining environment,” but we were hungry and decided to give the restaurant a try.We were quickly seated and attended to. Everything was plainly decorated, but the seating was private, the booths were fairly comfortable, and the restaurant had nice lighting. The menu was large and had a lot of great options for lunch.My friend and I ordered a sushi lunch combo that came with three types of rolls—we decided on the yellowtail, salmon and avocado, and the California —and a choice of soup or salad. To my surprise, all of the sushi looked beautiful and tasted fresh, and at $14.95 was a great lunch option that was quick and cheap.
