Love this place usually. The owners are very sweet and the food is generally good. But took my wife here for Mother's Day and I was told to sit wherever we'd like and our waitress would take care of us. It was very crowded and the only table that wasn't reserved or stuck in a corner squished between multiple families was a 6 person table in the rear. We chose this table because we have 2 young children and didn't want to be crammed into a corner. When the waitress came over she suggested we move to a small table in the corner. I asked multiple times if the table we chose was reserved and assured her the owner said to sit wherever. She begrudgingly said no the table was not reserved, BUT a group of people could POSSIBLY come in that would want this table. She was extremely rude and insisted we move. Forcing a family with 2 small children to move for imaginary people who could POSSIBLY come in, instead of serving a local family willing to spend money at your small business. Sad. We promptly left and spent our money elsewhere locally.

I could not find a more relaxed atmosphere, the nicest owner, and wait staff ever. The food is excellent. I was introduced to Zigarrelis a couple of years ago. Though I don't get the opportunity to frequent their establishment often, I thoroughly enjoy it when I can. Never rushed, always relaxing, very kind people, and always get more than enough for the price. I highly recommend this place. Thank you

Food is good but paid $21 for a simple salad and bottle drink. Rude and not helpful customer service at take out. Don’t plan to go back.
