“I can’t recommend this place enough!!We stopped in for ice cream last Saturday afternoon and wound up staying until dark and also getting dinner here. We are looking forward to next Saturday for a repeat.Ice cream was great, with generous portions.The BBQ combos were excellent. Between everyone in our party we tried most things on the menu. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. No complaints even from our pickier eaters.The atmosphere was perfect. Something for everyone. Three generations of us just having a great time playing games, eating, listening to the surprisingly good live music.Best of all had to be the staff. Family owned and they were obviously passionate about what they do.If you are in the area, and even if you aren’t, stop in and experience a Saturday at lazy bear ice cream! “First timer. GIANT ice cream cones. Glad I ordered the medium because it was like two large cones in one. Yes, I didn't waste any. Dense and cold soft serve so you know they don't pump lots of air to increase the profit. Nothing wrong with making a profit, just charge what you need to and keep soft serve GREAT!“

“The food was delicious. The prices are fair. They toys outside for the children to play with really impressed me. The sitting options also impressed me. The only thing I would recommend is a fan outside for the warmer days as there is not much shade. The cashier was pleasant. I can honestly say this place is really a happy place. ?Kid-friendliness: Lots of toys the little ones can enjoy free of charge.“

“I'm mean this is Americana. Long day at the lake. Nice scenic ride home. You have to stop and their place has everything you could ever want. The servers are generally high school and college kids who are super friendly and fast. The inside looks really clean. And the parking lot is wide open for when you're trailering or RVing. You cannot go wrong. I especially like their crafted hard ice cream there are some really cool flavors. We'll be going back.“

“Amazing experience all around! We’ve been here numerous times for the icecream, which is unmatched in taste, size and price, but this time we got a small 6 cut cheese pizza too and it was SO good! Dough was homemade and so fresh. The pizza was huge! Great customer service, very friendly staff. They have a large shaded pavilion to sit under and eat. Highly recommend!“
