I just had an amazing experience in this KFC location. Nicole and all of her staff were wonderful. The food was fantastic. I recommend stopping here for some food and good time .

Went here tonight to order food. The dining room was closed at 8:30pm when it stated on the door dining room closes at 9pm. Then go through the drive thru and the girl couldn't hear or understand me, she couldn't fulfill my order, I ended up just leaving without any food. Terrible experience.

Absolutely awful. Manager, real name Jessy, although she gives a fake name is awful. Seriously cooking and serving old out if date food. Refuse to talk about it and sent a minor to do her job. Once she did come out of her office she was rude and disrespectful giving a fake name. KFC charges so much for meals and allows this person to be in charge therefore allows her to serve rotten, aged food. Truly funny she was grabbing food for herself on the way to her office before I knew she was the manager. Bet her food wasn't rotten, saving it for us customers. No refund and fully disrespected. I recommend the health department for this KFC disgusting

Realizing KFC is NOT fast food it is a restaurant because it takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken, cooking any sooner gets complaints about soggy chicken so I'm fine with waiting for my fresh food as I would if I sat down at a steakhouse! The manager Jesi is always willing to help with patient customers and given the increased volume in the store, I find my orders really accurate! Especially for the pace of the store, I'll always eat here!
Stopped to grab lunch and the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Service was fast. Everything I would expect out of a KFC.

I got the three piece big dinner box. I ordered extra crispy but they must have misheard it as extra soggy. To say my food was deplorable would be an understatement.I got told to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food and proceeded to watch three people who showed up after me get their food first. I imagine this contributed to the oiliness that caused the “crispy” breading to just slough off my minuscule pieces of chicken, the same texture as the mashed potatoes I ordered. Speaking of the potatoes, despite specifying “no gravy” guess what, they had gravy. Literally no part of this meal went right. I am livid
