Realizing KFC is NOT fast food it is a restaurant because it takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken, cooking any sooner gets complaints about soggy chicken so I'm fine with waiting for my fresh food as I would if I sat down at a steakhouse! The manager Jesi is always willing to help with patient customers and given the increased volume in the store, I find my orders really accurate! Especially for the pace of the store, I'll always eat here!
Our order took a very long time because they didn’t see our order print. We ordered on the app and apparently they don’t check the from order slides very often so our order said it would be done at 11:48 and it was done at 12:24. Please develop a new method of checking orders. I just had an amazing experience in this KFC location. Nicole and all of her staff were wonderful. The food was fantastic. I recommend stopping here for some food and good time .
