We ordered oxtails rice and beans. The oxtails and beans were very good. The rice was barely cooked and inedible. When I called to report the latter the waiter then manager left me on hold 3 times never returning to the phone after I called 3 times. It is unfortunate that this Broadway Carisa’s is so poorly managed.
