My order hadn’t went through in their Applebees system and the manager was almost leaving but he still took the time to figure out why my order that was already paid was not showing up and he helped me resolve it and get my spinach dip on time, hot and ready. And as a pregnant person this goes a long way!!!! I wish I knew the manager name but it was Friday afternoon before 5pm! He wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish.very thankful!

This was my first time going to Applebees since my move from South Carolina, the menu was a bit different (the 2 for 25$) but that was fine, I had the margarita flight which was amazing!!! It was also only 15$ which was so dope!!!! However my reason for leaving a review was not the food or the drinks, it was our Server Hana (I really hope I’m spelling it right/ she was blonde) she was sooo cool, she was so welcoming and warm!!! Has to be the best server I’ve ever had at Applebees, she took time aside to help us with a list of fun places to go in the riverdale area, without having to go to the city!!! Blessing’s to her for real!!!! Her personality was on fire!!! I rarely ever leave review’s, but this time it was earned for sure. Whoever hired her was smart!!!!! We will be back many times, as we just moved right around the corner🫶🏻

This place has no broccoli or baked potato... Ever. This was something I inquired about upon entering, Chris assured me there was at least baked potatoes....guess what...lies! After waiting a good few minutes for the waitress to come I was informed that there was none. Bad business. This place is falling off and the prices have gone up a bit. Not coming to this one again

I visited Applebee’s last night and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. Our waitress was extremely rude and passive aggressive from the start.
When I asked about a drink I saw online but didn’t see on the in store menu, she laughed at me and said, “Girl, if it’s not there, just ask it’s the same thing,” in a mocking tone. I was simply trying to clarify, since I obviously don’t work for Applebee’s, but her response came off as very unprofessional and dismissive.
Throughout the night, her attitude didn’t improve. When we were waiting for the check, we mentioned we were still waiting for a drink to be added, and she brushed us off, saying it didn’t matter and that it was too busy to adjust the bill that we should just pay as is. I still tipped extra to account for the drink, but the situation felt careless and unprofessional.
As for the food, it was disappointing as well. The loaded mashed potatoes and triple appetizer came out cold and not as advertised. The only things we actually ate were the steak and a few mozzarella sticks and honestly, that was just because we were hungry after a long day. Everything else was left untouched.
Overall, this visit fell far below expectations. I completely understand that restaurants get busy and staff can feel overwhelmed, but professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as both the service and food quality need major improvement.

I was at this Apple bees on Sunday October 26th, 2025 around 630pm. We were celebrating my Wife's birthday. There was only one waitress for one side of the restaurant.....opposite side of the bar section. The waitress took the order for drinks and food. The drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive. The food took just as long probably longer. This waitress took orders, picked up the plates, etc, etc. An important note is that the restaurant wasn't packed and still the wait time was exaggerated. This Apple bees needs to have more wait personnel. They are obviously penny pinching with the staff. More money 💰 in their pockets, yet the customers are being treated like second class citizens. Very very slow 🐌 service....you should avoid this location like the plague. Frustration will be your only outcome.

The spinach artichoke dip is delicious as usual. Waitress was super sweet but she forgot to place my food order so we were there way longer than we should have been. The drinks are great and sweet. This establishment is super hot in here and it's not even that cold outside yet.

It was sad because the SILVERWARE and PLATES were very dirty. Had to ask for plastic forks. The service girl was amazing. Just the restaurant itself is not healthy looking

Top Interesting Things
Every-time I go there it’s only 2 waiters. 1 person for the bar 15-20 people and tables surrounding the bar 8 or 9 tables and 1 waiter for the other side 22 tables . They have you seated asap to wait 20 mins to order . This happened to me on three different occasions and it’s really bad when it comes to service. They new management asap.
