This is my closest dunkin, the ladies are friendly but when it gets busy they rush and don't produce a satisfactory beverage. I've ordered a hot chai latte on two occasions to give them a second chance from the first time and I specifically ask for no foam and they continue to give foam which takes up half the cup. The chai latte I received today also had no chai flavor or sweetness and tasted like milk, def not enough chai powder. I'm very disappointed in what I received. They...read full review
