I was very happy with this location. The staff more professional and the food was served hot. I visited this restaurant on 12-27-18 and 12-28-18 and both times the staff was professional the manager served the food and Samantha was on the cash register with a friendly personality.

I love Boston Market and I'm a regular at this location but have not had a bad experiences here but minor things can be corrected at times. Overcooked meals which has happened to me a few times, certain staff members that look like they don't want to deal with anyone at the moment, and they don't much about the pandhandlers that walk in and bother people for spare change as they eat their meals. The food was dried up. Corn bread burnt, chicken dry. I have always enjoyed Boston market food. This is the second time buying at this location at hunts point, will never buy from here again. I am shocked because they just opened this location.
