Needs better organization. Staff was courteous, but not great with timing. Ordered on the app and said my order was ready, but they never even started the order until I showed up and had to present my ID to even start prepping order. Ridiculous.
Only went to this Subway because my grandson wanted a sandwich from there but I don't care for the service. The guy was in his phone and not paying us any attention until I said something.

There's usually only one person in here whenever I visit, but he's nice and does the best he can when there are a lot of people ordering at one time. I tend to order chicken teriyaki or tuna and I have had a good experience on each visit. The counter is clean and the person working there is attentive and efficient.
