It’s hard to believe that a company nowadays doesn’t have Apple Pay! Such a inconvenience for customers. The food is good and the associates were good handling my frustration. This company needs to update their systems for sure.

Worse Mac and cheese I ever had, it was water and lots of salt with a little cheese. I complained to the cashier and they didn't care. I told them if they ever wondered why at 12noon which it is lunch time and they place is empty.

The food and service is horrible they have this girls working who look like they hate there jobI ordered mash potatoes spinach and chicken I stepped away and my friend was watching the one that was serving the food and she was throwing the food like it was for an animal I think this place has to be reported it’s so sad the way customer Like myself is treated I wouldn’t ever go back to eat at this discusting place

Love me some Boston market. My last order on Uber came so delicious the sweet potatoes had so many marshmallows and crunchies I was so happy and of course the chicken is always bomb.

The food was absolutely DISGUSTING!! I wouldn't feed this to a stray animal... The ONLY thing that was edible were the desserts ? I ordered through uber & gave a tip thinking I'd enjoy it but my whole family is disappointed! We WILL NOT order from here again under NO CIRCUMSTANCES. Everything was either burnt or watery ??

Sunday January 30th around 4:00 me and my girlfriend decided to come here to eat . There was a girl with blonde / brown box braids and she wears all black maybe she’s the manager but her attitude was very disgusting . Her energy was just off it’s like she didn’t want to be at work . Please have people who actually want to come to work and prepare your food and actually want to do there job . I noticed it was her time to go home around 4 so maybe she was ready to go home but I don’t care it’s unacceptable and also the food was cold !! Please do better at this location !!

Ordered online for 7pm pickup. When I arrived they were out of chicken. Would have to wait one hour for the next availability. Question,, how isa restaurant that sells chicken be out.

I went to the Boston market on Broadway & 230St and ordered a medium rare prime ribs dinner.I thought the order was put together very fast. I said to myself wow great service!Boy was I in dreamland…..the meat was so well done it looked like it was cooked for a month. I couldn’t believe it. When I returned to let them know it was not medium rare they gave me a piece that was medium well done. Manager said that was all like that. Well surprise surprise when I got home it was the end piece.All I have to say is as much as prime ribs is my favorite meal I will never never go near that place ever again. I felt that they were cheating me and service was terrible. If they couldn’t sell something then do not give it to someone that they hope don’t bother to complain. As I said they are crooks!
