This was my first time here, and customer service was poor, the people working were not inviting or warm. The bartender literally was on their personal phone the whole time while taking my order, having a conversation and talking to me at the same time.. Both servers on shift had a nasty disposition about them..

I ordered two drinks to go. The person literally would not make the drink unless I pay first. I never experienced such ghetto behavior as if I'm a criminal and going to run out the door or something.

The price on the website is not the same price that I was charged, and they have the audacity to force gratuity on you.

This was my first time coming and my last time! I'll stick to ININE down the block, customer service is much better.

The only person that was nice was the actual security guard outside.

Spend your money elsewhere.

This place was a complete let down. Nothing on the website is accurate-- We came for happy hour and left unhappy and went somewhere else.

They claim to have $6 margaritas- they're $9.
They claim to have chicharron, jalapeno poppers, pretzels, and mozzarella sticks for $5- they don't have any of these items.
The drinks on the website are all incorrectly priced, also!

In addition to all the misinformation, none of the people working were inviting or warm. Spend your money elsewhere.

I been coming here for years since it opened and never had any issues with services, food or drinks. After they reopened with new management everything sucks. The drinks are watered down and when we order Reposado shots they ran out and gave one of us something different and didn't tell us and still charged us. The steak on the Mac and cheese was green. The servers don't understand English, they kept bringing out the wrong food. Everyone I know that has been there before said when they changed management they don't like it anymore. BRING BACK OLD MANAGEMENT

Food was great (Classic cheeseburger), 6 Buffalo wings oh and the drinks were on point. It’s a nice chill spot. The only issue was that the Bartender does everything. He’ll make you a drink, go to the back to get your food and then keep doing that constantly. It’s like a one man army. Felt kind of bad to ask for things because he was also busy making drink for customers. But besides that it’s a really nice spot to watch sports and enjoy great food.

Bricks & Hops is usually a good time. It's a lively bar with good vibes. However, my coworkers and I went last night (Friday night), and they were sorely understaffed. There was one server, one bartender, and the manager trying to serve the entire bar, which was packed. They were great, but they needed much help. It took over an hour to get one drink because the bartender was so backed up. I witnessed one table get up and leave because they said it was taking too long. The manager and server were gracious and gave us a round of shots for our wait, and that was great! I'll def be back, but please consider having more staff, especially during Friday night happy hour.

Stopped at Bricks & Hops for a casual dinner after checking into our hotel for the weekend. We sat at the bar an had an enjoyable time! The bartender provided good service. We enjoyed the nachos, mac and cheese, and shrimp po boy. We were happily surprised to see that happy hour was from 4-8 even on a Friday. Only downside was there was no wine available during our visit - which I get it's more focused on beer - but wine was on the happy hour menu as well but none available at the bar.

Very good, get the Cajun fries. We ordered a bunch of wings, and one of parts of the order was over cooked, and almost choked on a bone.
