I really wanted to enjoy this place, but my experience was honestly terrible. I ordered a chicken roll, and I don’t even know where to begin — the chicken was absolutely disgusting. It was weirdly white, flavorless, and had this off-putting texture that made me question if it was even fully cooked. It tasted like it had been boiled and dumped in without a single grain of seasoning. Just gross.

This place been around for years and it only gets better. They have the best cauliflower pizza, ever outside of that, the eggplant parmesan , the chicken parmesan is amazing.I heart that lasagna is great I dont eat beef. I say stop by and give it a try you won't be disappointed.

In my opinion, the Bronx's best pizza can be found here, but the spaghetti accompanying the special is subpar, lacking flavor and featuring uninspired, tasteless tomato sauce paired with overcooked spaghetti. On one occasion, I ordered this dish and was disappointed to discover that it tasted as though the spaghetti had been boiled in contaminated water. As someone who also cooks pasta, I possess a discerning palate and was unimpressed by this offering. Additionally, the cashier often prioritizes socializing with acquaintances over attending to customers.

Their Pizza especially the pepperoni or plain cheese is absolutely fabulous!!! The crust be very nice and firm with the cheese sizzling if you prefer your pizza like that or they can have it soft and hanging if you request not too hot. I really like their pizza!!! I go and buy 3 slices almost every single time. A few times I visited the customer service was just ok. They really need a little extra help in the customer service field. The worst part about here is they love to use strong cleaning products to wipe down the place especially when people are inside eating pizza. No one wants to be eating their favorite pizza and smelling strong fumes making you feel like you’re in the bathroom sitting on the toilet!!! I personally feel they can use a mild product in wayyy more water to wipe tables and counters. Remember this is where people are dining and it’s so unprofessional and uncomfortable to be smelling a strong scent similar to Clorox/Pinesol/Fabuloso or what ever they use. Drop a small small small amount in a bucket of water & wipe away. Would be nice to add a nice plug-in incense to give a nice atmosphere smell instead of raw Clorox/ Fabuloso. I watch them wipe the counter the pizza is displayed on with the same product (Smells more like Fabuloso and Clorox) and was in complete shock. I don’t believe they use any water what so ever (Just the raw Clorox with Fabuloso). Dining & Food service please not Bathroom & Shower strong smell. Buy some plug-in incense if needed. They pizza is that good I would go back but more encouraged to walk out.

Worst tasting pizza i ever had in NYC. Tasted like chef-boy-r-dee sauce if it was left on the counter for two months. $5.75 for a Margherita slice that jumped up to $6.50 paying with Google Wallet.

The worst service in this area the owner is very nasty I ordered a slice with extra cheese for delivery they took an hour to deliver and the brown paper bag was stuck to the slice and he refused to replace it and was disrespectful on the phone and did not refund my money. Zero stars for customer service
