I called to make a order for the first time and the manager was very rude she has 0 customers services.” I asked, Do you guys do delivery” and she reply I don’t know you have to order through the app and hangout the phone. I called back asked for the manager and she said it’s me saying that she hangout because she had another call. I believe that you can have great food but if you don’t know how to treat people you won’t success. Thank you God bless

I really don't know why all the rave about this place. Burgers were bland no seasoning, The bottom bun was soggy probably due to it being in a container (?), They didn't listen when I wrote on the uber eats instructions to not ads certain items because of allergies. The fries were okay the garlic ones being the best but alas I found a hair in it. Immediately right after I finished eaten I had diarrhea and then threw up my meal. Something was off and I only took three bites. Overall s*** experience.

Here's what is great about the Bronx Burger House. Their burgers are FRESH! And by fresh I mean they grind their own meat DAILY! I'd expect a high end steakhouse to do that but not a neighborhood restaurant. Their burger combinations are excellent. I'm particularly fond of their Big Blue Burger with caramelized onion, bacon and blue cheese - they have managed to figure out exactly how much blue cheese works on a burger! If you're not in the mood for a burger, their Philly Cheesesteak and Pulled Pork sandwiches are excellent and, if you're in a lighter mood, their Chicken Fajitas are the best I've found in the neighborhood. Did I mention their fries yet? OMG - their Garlic Fries are ADDICTIVE! If you're lucky enough to be there on the weekend and Meatloaf is on the menu, ORDER IT. I haven't had meatloaf that delicious since my mother's when I was a child. If you happen to be in the mood for wings and it's a Thursday afternoon/evening - you cannot go wrong with their wings! They have several varieties - my favorites are the Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, Teriyaki, Sesame Ginger and Citrus Mojo. I'm not a big Buffalo wing lover but I've heard they're great as well. Whatever flavor combo you choose, I dare you to eat just 5! When it comes to their selection of beers, they are on point! And, their bartenders know how to make mean margaritas and cosmopolitans as well as some of their other special drinks of the day. As for the staff, simply put, they are SO friendly, whether you're there in person, pick up for take out or order for delivery it makes no difference. They are always kind and welcoming and service is always fast. Last but not least, The Bronx Burger House supports the community so, not only do they have killer food, they have killer kindness. What more could you ask for than a great meal prepared and served to you by people who care about their neighborhood?!

Bronx Burger Bistro is really a gem of this neighborhood. Truly enjoy the atmosphere and pleasant service. Every item that we have ordered was extremely fresh and flavorful. The crew was excellent, literally everyone. Overall, I 'd go back in a heartbeat.

Best all natural beef burgers hands down "not frozen with all the fixings. Wings,steaks and awesome home made 1/2 & 1/2 or regular lemonade Even the fries freshly made. My daughter and I have become part of their regulars because of how welcoming and willing to go that extra mile the chef and owner David always are. Fast food that's not frozen....

I feel bad giving you a 2 because your steak was amazing 5 star but how is it that when I travel over 30 min to your location you tell me your out of steak on a Friday at 4pm who ever does inventory must want raise or something to hang yall out to dry like that on a Friday! Please get better with that

Glad we have such a great place close to home. How could I forget about the French fries. I hate places that offer these wack /frozen French fries. Hubby and I came here to get his mom a huge burger for her birthday. I know what you're thinking, I mean, who gets someone a birthday burger? Well, it was her one wish, to have something decadent and nutritionally bad, because it would be her last meal before undergoing extensive surgery and a lengthy hospital stay during her birthday and entire birthday month. Disclaimer: everything went fine and she's doing great. I ordered her burger on the drive there; we got her a classic beef burger with cheese and BLT. When we got to the hospital, we put two candles in the container and sang her a very rapid version of, "Happy Birthday", before we caused the fire alarms went off. It was great. She appreciated it and she devoured that burger. She said it was a very good burger. I've been perusing their menu and I think it may be time to head over there again. I've got my eye on their chimi burger with steak, fried cheese, housemade chimichurri and fried plantain buns. That just sounds too damn good to not eat.
