Bronx slice used to be so good when the owners were in. But now the pizza is done with no love. Grandma slices aren’t made correctly. The quality of real pizza went down drastically since the summer time.Hope the owner is ok.

Had my uncle go in asking for “4 slices” we noticed after opening the box he received 4 beef patties instead. We went back in to explain that my uncle does not know what beef patties are and actually wanted 4 slices but the guy behind the counter immediately began talking over us, insisting that he 100% asked for beef patties and raising his voice.After we got so upset because he wasn’t allowing us to explain he told us to “shut up” and mocked my family’s accent when my mom try to explain that my uncle doesn’t speak English fluently and doesn’t even know what beef patties are. The worker said “yeah neither do you clearly”. SO RACIST and rude. Never coming here again.

First two times I ordered from here I got a great fresh pie. Third time I ordered pretty early one day (9/27/23) and got what was obviously a reheated pie. Order when busy and you're prbly fine. Order too early and you'll get yesterdays left overs.
I love the pizza here but the customer service here is terrible. I called multiple times and got hung up on then I called again somebody picked up and act like they couldn’t hear me and hung up in my face. Then I called back two more times and they didn’t answer.

I walked into Bronx Slice, I was refused service. The man kept cleaning, didn't acknowledge me and pretended he didn't see me to service me. He kept cleaning angrily and I walked out. I notice there is a racist attitude in many restaurants in the new gentrified South Bronx I've been experiencing. I don't beg to give my money to establishments that don't respect me. it's sad. Thats why I cook at home.
