Today was my first time visiting this location. However you can tell the food was sitting out for a bit, they had very small potions of food left. I asked a employee about having any grilled chilled prepared because as I said before the proteins they had were low. The young lady told me they had some in the back. I can assure you it wasn't fresh due to the temperature of the chicken and the dry bits. I would like to mention that the seasoning definitely lacks at this location. My sour cream taste spoiled and the lettuce definitely wasn't cleaned and for guacamole being an up charge I'm not sure why they give half scooped servings and serving it partially brown. I lost my appetite but I will say the staff seemed more polite than the third Ave location. The inside did seem clean when I visited, it was also pretty busy on the outside and the dine-in area due to the kids getting food coming in after school. I may consider to revisit but at a earlier time of the day hoping for fresh food.

Today I went to order a burrito and a white girl attended to me, I asked for everything for my burrito and she started making fun of me with the one at the checkout in front of me, the one at the checkout is called Eivon and she didn't care about me along with the other one making fun of me. Of me, I will return of course yes and I will ask for the same thing and this time I will not stay silent and I will talk to whoever I have to talk to. Lack of respect, ridiculous, disrespectful things, I'm not going to ask for dead cows with my money.

Went there yesterday at 8:30pm. The service is terrible. We were standing there waiting for someone to take our order for a long time and one of the employees been acknowledged us. It wasn’t until I said “HELLO?” Then I got some help. & the server doesn’t listen to simple instructions. The manager on duty is the same

Nasty Nasty Nasty Attitudes From An Employee Yesterday - Especially The One Handling Pickup / To Go Orders & On Register. ( This Wasn’t The First Rude Interaction) . I Wasted My Points On A Fountain Drink For Some Disgusting Flat Soda ( Change The Beverage Boxes!! ) Most Importantly If You’re Going To Have A Nasty Attitude With Customers Don’t Clock In Or Stay Home. People/Customers Come To Enjoy The Culture Of Chipotle , Not To Deal Or Be In The Aura Of Bitterness.. PERIOD ?

They seem unorganized. I understand they just opened, but not really an excuse. Their portion sizes are extremely small. The guacamole they were serving oxidized and was a swampy dark green. 1st time I’ve gone to chipotle and did not get guac. Hope they do better. If not bring back the 7-eleven, right now the food is comparable but at least I could play lotto or get a key copied in a 7-eleven.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. My husband went in to buy us some dinner. He gave my order and it was a burrito bowl with half chicken and half steak (my usual order). They put chicken only and then passed it to the next person. He then tried to explain again that he wanted half chicken and half steak. They proceed to put another spoon of chicken and tell him it's extra. He then realized that they were not understanding him in English so he spoke in Spanish. They then seemed to understand but added more chicken and then he stopped them. He ended up paying for extra chicken twice over because of their incompetence. They did not offer to do the order over or comp the extra chicken they piled on. The order was not complicated because I have gotten this order numerous times before in other locations. If the staff did not understand something they could have asked him to repeat himself. This is not okay. Because not only did we pay something we didn't want but we paid extra! Absolutely ridiculous. Chipotle is pricey as is.

Skimpy portions and they didn’t have any guac. I’ve never been to a chipotle where they added such little food to the bowl. I asked for just a little bit more sofritas and she charged me $4 extra without warning me in advance.

Had the worst experience ever with the food server this lady put 3 pieces of steak & then when I said something about it she was like that all we supposed to give I told her put more she charged me for extra steak yet when I finished all the “extra steak “ still a lot of rice left on my Bowl. Wouldn’t go back (They give you the smallest scoop of meat then say another scoop is extra!!!)She is very disrespectful

For some appearant reason, they close their bathrooms 1 hour before closing time. When did this happen? I ate there around the same time last week, and they never closed their bathroom that early. And the staff doesn't seem to care, they act like they do whatever they want. To which I question, is that bathroom closing a part of policy or just their way of not dealing with extra work right before closing? This is the most inconvenient thing I never thought I would have to deal with at any Chipotle.

Visited twice already both times the Carne Asada and regular steak were hard, chewy, and rubbery.They give you the smallest scoop of meat then say another scoop is extra.I just can’t see myself coming back. Paying $22 for a burrito twice is insane. So far the place is clean but always packed with a lot of teens getting out of the near by schools I think twice is good enough won’t be returning.
