Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive, and the overall service felt careless. The food seemed old and unappealing, which made the meal unenjoyable.
The restaurant itself was poorly maintained, with messy tables throughout and no napkins available anywhere. It gave the impression of a lack of effort and attention to basic cleanliness.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others.

Clean, and fast service I love it. I was in a hurry and the speed of service on this particular day. Server behind the counter of service was in a good and friendly state. That help a lot to smoothly have my Burrito made. I just can recall her name but the unity of the team on this particular shift was extremely on point I love to see the display of unity. Great work.

EVERYTIME I stop here it's an issue with the most simplest things, either it's too dirty, customer service sucks or they're counting the grains of rice they give you. 75% of the time I walk out with no food, negative 5 stars

The manger here is very rude she watches everyone even the employees seemed uncomfortable with her .I asked for a water cup after ordering a drink she said we discontinued giving those out .I was eating at the restaurant she watched me the entire time while being very nonchalant with other customers.never smiled once she looked mad the entire time . .She made it very uncomfortable to enjoy my meal and she knew i was eating in but put my order in a to go bag .She was rude to everyone.

So this just happened at 1pm on Tuesday 4/22. I order a vegetarian bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomato and lettuce with the guacamole on the side. Just as I was about to eat I saw this bug in my food. They refunded me my money but what was disturbing was that they did not throw out the food the lettuce where the bug was at……. Today is officially my last day ordering from Chipotle regardless to what location because I never understood why they don’t cover their food especially no that its almost summer and bugs are out

The food is good there I have eaten from that chipotle before nice atmosphere, but the service sucks there. Go there today mind you haven’t eaten in 24 hours because I had to do a doctors appointment for seizure which I couldn’t eat so I finished and I went there to go have lunch bad enough I had to wait 10 minutes for rice to get done For the young lady to stand there and conversation with the other lady while I’m waiting here to the point where I have to ask her are you working so she turns and look at the other lady as if who I’m talking to long story short I ain’t getting no food for I had to walk out of there before my temper went else place And this was the one on Eastchester rd The look she gave me was as if I was bothering her accent. Was they working or was they on lunch break cause that’s what it looked like they was on lunch break Chitty Chitty Chat

I came here after my workout to have a bowl salad with my husband and as soon I came in the floor and the table was not clean, I went straight the make the line to order but I as soon I look at the food was dry and disgusting so I left I will not eat from there. This was at 8:40pm and there were taking the last things that they had. I thought the restaurant close at 10:00pm. I should have take a picture but I was so upset that I couldn’t eat what I wanted for dinner.

if you order for pickup, they will literally give you less than 1/2 a spoon of meat. they are knowingly, purposefully, giving less meat for pick up orders. i counted 7 pieces of steak. things like that dont happen on "accident"

I ordered take out online, they did not make my food until I got there. I walked in at 7:30, hence food should’ve been done by 7:30. I’ve now been waiting over 30 minutes(7:45) and food is still not finished. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. P.S only 1 person on the line
