If you are in the Bronx I would say this is a good choice for Thai food. I had the Basil Fried Rice with shrimp and fried calamari and I thought both were delicious. The portions are not very big though. The service was adequate and the atmosphere was OK. Overall a decent experience. I would go back again.
This is one of those "hidden gems" that you really must experience to believe. From the outside, this unassuming place raises question marks; but once you meet the friendly staff and try the did, you'll be sold. This place is wonderful. Whether your aThai food enthusiast or curious to try something new, do your taste buds a favor and check out Tana Thai.

Despite all the negative reviews on here.. if you want some traditional Thai food this is a great place to go. Small intimate, hostess always kind. I spent a month in Thailand and reminisce of the good food and good times. Tana Thai definitely restores some great feelings that I haven’t felt since, just with their food. I highly recommend.
