Horrible experience. Management charged $10.30 to rectify an order that was wrong when going back In person for an online order. After requesting extra cheese and lettuce not only did they not put extra it was somehow less than standard and refused to fix it. I am extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service and lack of resolution. If you ever do an online order from this location, just don’t.

Very good experience. They always have everything unless you come at night. The only thing they don’t always have is their signature chipotle honey vinaigrette. They just came out with adobo ranch and it is also amazing. Highly recommended.

DON'T waste your time, the service is terrible, this is my second time, I've come to think that the girls think it's free because at least they don't even answer you when you talk to them, and there's no point in looking for a meal where you'll get the unpleasant taste of that they don't treat you well

I am a guacamole lover and apparently they have no problem serving or selling this bad looking and dark color where it is easily evident that the avocado is not was fresh or that this product has not been changed for several days

If you truly want the perfectly flavorful experience of chipotle this is the spot to go to. I see people complaining about the salt but honestly compared to most chipotles they used the perfect amount of seasoning. Can’t leave without a bag of chips. Will say tho ya would’ve got 5 stars but one time someone put a literal line of guacamole on my bowl. That wasn’t cool lol. Other than that go for it.

Went in about 7pm on a Tuesday, there was no line. A couple of people at tables eating.... I order my burrito the server guy was really good as far as portions (not speaking) then I go pay, had to wait for a female to come out from wherever... I asked for a fountain coke. She charges me for my order and walks away I ask hello, don't I need a cup? She says oh yeah... then comes back to give me a cup...I go over to the machine to get a coke...it comes out white...smh I pour it out, get more ice, then try a lemonade, taste it...it's water...smh I walk back to the front...no one pays any attention to me or asks what I might need.. the guy serving has a customer so he also ignores me...finally a male walks out from behind I say you have no coke, no lemonade nothing, he says only sprite....smh so they knew this!! Yet sold me a up for a fountain soda...not having any available!...I then stabd there again waiting...and no one says a word... finally i say hellooo...so the female turns around and asks as she is walking to the front what do you need...I tell her you have no soda in the machine...she says so what do you want from here and points at the refrigerator I said I'll take a coke. She hands it to me and I leave...i get home it fills a half a cup!...smh that's poor management to say the least....
