If you come to this chipotle after 859 pm just turn around. They close at 11pm but I’ve noticed at 9pm they start cleaning up, so no chip no fajitas no bathroom no drinks. Also a lot of them employees don’t understand English but they are in the front line, you have to repeat yourself at least 3 times and by that time one of the managers comes around and tells at them in Spanish what you want ??.

When you ask for double protein they give you two half scoops ?, I’ve been going to the green halal truck on the corner of 231st and for $13 you get a massive entree with double protein(quadruple of what chipotle gives you) and the food is fresh. Don’t waste your money at chipotle. Better food options

Ordered food via the app and they messed up the order. Then when I went to get my order redone in-person there were other people complaining about the same issue. The food was awful - very greasy, salty, and tasted sour. The worst meal I have ever had at Chipotle. In addition, the manager is very disrespectful and insults customers in Spanish without realizing or caring that you understand what he is saying. He lacks tact and professionalism.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I ordered a burrito and a drink. Upon checking out, I wanted to use a voucher that I received as a gift! Their system kept saying that it doesn't work and without even offering to help me with a solution they immediately dismissed me. It's dirty and the boys that work here don't care unless you are Spanish speaking! Don't bother waging your money here as it's run by children who have no management or training when it comes to customer service! Just disgusting!
Thirty minutes before closing, they run out of white rice and refuse to bring another tray, despite having a line. The napkins and cutlery were all packed away and so were the sauces. You don’t close until 10pm!!Also, they never have salad dressing.
