Crab Stop Cajun Seafood & Wings

The customer service is ABHORRENT! After standing there for 5 minutes, I asked the server if she was taking orders. She said no. She’s not taking orders right now. She’s looking for her phone! Need I say more? They’ll be out of business before new years.

Seafood boil was extremely salty and they put wayyyyyy too much chopped garlic and I love garlic and boils but I couldn’t finish my bag.

Crappy customer service , crappy liars !! Which chef takes break when you have ongoing food orders ???!!! Waited for my food for 2 hours .. this place is filled with unprofessional and having children work in an establishment is disgusting

I should’ve listened to the reviews but my mother INSISTED to go here. We didnt dine in we ordered to go. So i guess when u dont dine in your food isnt prioritized because i definitely got the bottom of the barrel. I ordered full size snow crab and they were not fresh. The meat was greenish, black all through the shells. The shells were soft and would not crack and the meat was skinny and discolored. I was too upset bc i rode far to this area and paid $78 for 2 hard end pieces of corn, rotting crab, and 5 little pieces of broccoli that i paid extra for.

Eh, first time ordering from this place as Uber take out. Didn’t quite like it, food was cold. Ordered Garlic bread (which was good), calamari, and wings. The Calamari was funny looking, I’ve had better Calamari at other places. What got me was the wings, it wasn’t those typical wings that the sauce was on the chicken. It’s like you gotta dip it. The sauce was on the bottom of the container. It’s like eating regular chicken wings with no flavor. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

The Spanish girl that sits at the front is very disrespectful. Horrible customer service, n looks sloppy

Whoever cooked this. I hope I pray to God that you’re fine. A job that you will love. It’s not necessary to pull more than 1 pound of garlic on this. May 16. 6:00 pm. Please please quit your job if you don’t have the passion to do the cooking. 🙏🏾

Customers service is extremely poor, they don’t answer the phone and I went there and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I see anyone, literally no one was in sight. Then the lady came out and her hands were wet and she wiped her hands in her clothes. A month ago I called the phone multiple times and no answer so I went to store, I simply asked the cashier if the phone doesn’t work and she yelled at me saying she’s the only one working! I was so distraught! An Uber guy was waiting and said she also cursed him out a week ago. They need to get new workers who have proper work etiquette and customer service.

On Dec 6th 2024 @ 9:43pm my friend and I drove from Yonkers to the restaurant ordered food they placed the right tickets on the bag but gave us the wrong food we called they said come back they’ll fix it. We drove back they fixed the food but when we asked if we could keep the wrong order they said NO!!! Even though we drove over 1 hour and 20 minutes there and back both ways, so make sure you check you order people. We should have eaten more than we did at least we would have gotten our moneys worth for all that driving I wonder who they will give that bag too? It contained: head on shrimp 1 6oz lobster tail and crawfish the item we didn’t ask for! Good eaten y’all!!!!

Food is exceptionally good when I go. I will only say that the young Hispanic woman who works the front needs to improve on her customer service skills . She never greets me and always has a blank stare. Their is never a thank you have a good day or night when the transaction is complete her vibe is off. A little kindness goes a long way
