Crab Stop Cajun Seafood & Wings

On Dec 6th 2024 @ 9:43pm my friend and I drove from Yonkers to the restaurant ordered food they placed the right tickets on the bag but gave us the wrong food we called they said come back they’ll fix it. We drove back they fixed the food but when we asked if we could keep the wrong order they said NO!!! Even though we drove over 1 hour and 20 minutes there and back both ways, so make sure you check you order people. We should have eaten more than we did at least we would have gotten our moneys worth for all that driving I wonder who they will give that bag too? It contained: head on shrimp 1 6oz lobster tail and crawfish the item we didn’t ask for! Good eaten y’all!!!!

Food is exceptionally good when I go. I will only say that the young Hispanic woman who works the front needs to improve on her customer service skills . She never greets me and always has a blank stare. Their is never a thank you have a good day or night when the transaction is complete her vibe is off. A little kindness goes a long way

The food was extremely horrible. Nothing was fresh; everything tasted as if it was in their fridge for a week or so. I ordered their seafood boil with shrimp, snow crab, potatoes and corn on a cob, to be honest the only appetizing thing in their was the corn on a cob; the sauce was tasteless and the boil was pretty much dry; NO SAUCE AT ALL. You cannot pay me to order from here again. I would never waste my hard earned money in this place.

Food is well seasoned, portions for the rice and noodle based dishes are good. Staff is friendly. Has a small seating area for waiting. Their salmon fried rich is amazing!

The worst I come in the girl in the back of register didn’t know how a Philly chicken was prepared if it was breaded or grilled. Then they took forever to prepare a shrimp basket.
