Slow service, not friendly, employees don't know how to handle too many customers at one time. They become nasty. Waited 30 minutes for an order of guacamole and a smoothie. Tried the next time to order ahead over the phone and when I got there 15 minutes later the order had not even been started and the gentlemen at the counter was trying to write my order all over again.
