Daruma Chinese & Japanese Cuisine is a well-loved, hidden sushi spot known for its super fresh and delicious sushi and platters, which come highly recommended. The restaurant is super clean, and the staff, including servers and chefs, are very nice, smiling, and accommodating. Customers appreciate the ability to choose their own seating and enjoy a calm atmosphere, especially given its convenient location across from the main precinct. The vibe is friendly, with music playing and a quick, easy service style. Some reviews mention that the place could improve its outside signage, as it does not display a grade, and suggest that moving supply boxes from back tables could enhance the ambiance. The menu features popular items like shrimp tempura and California roll, which are favorites among regulars. While reviews praise the food quality and service, some note minor issues such as cleanliness in the bathroom and limited decor, but overall, Daruma offers a great experience for sushi lovers seeking a clean, friendly environment with fresh food.
