Used to love this place. But the customer service is mad weird :/ When they don’t have product in stock, they can’t just be straight up and say they dont have it period. They gotta call somebody on the phone to ask if they have it and chit chat, wasting my time. Just say you dont sell it anymore— its been months of this. Ni tampoco saben hablar a la gente, nada mas quieren decir dos o tres palabras

Staff always have a attitude. Items listed on menu never in-stock. They be laughing among each other then give customers nasty service. I spent good money there but after today, never again

Fair warning it's actually like a smoke and vape shop. Could be a very delicious and delightful one indeed, but . . . They had no smoothies or crepes available when I went there. Dropped by with my kids for a snack, "must be 21 to enter should have been my first clue

When I arrived my order was not ready after I preordered, and my smoothie bowl was missing strawberries. I’ve never seen a smoothie bowl with literally just banana and granola. I was told that the “make your own” bowl doesn’t come with strawberries but the picture had many toppings on it, and no selections to add anything else to it. When I asked for a spoon, the girl that made the smoothie bowl told me there were no more, and they all began laughing. The girl offered to give me a fork, which you really can’t use to eat a SMOOTHIE bowl. The staff was very rude and immature. I will not be returning here.
Super small standing area, a lot of people congregate here to talk, not necessarily order and leave. Ordered am acai bowl and it was soup consistency. $11.50 had to throw it away.
