NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! If you don't speak Spanish, good luck finding the delivery person, who also cannot read a map. This is NOT the first time we had to deal with incompetent staff. The only saving grace was the man at 3611 Kings bridge who contacted the driver for me, he was the only decent one. It's apparently policy to step outside your house to collect your food when the delivery driver comes to your house, this is something you cannot change. So if you are an elder or disabled, you are discriminated against. You will not get your food. I waited outside my building for the delivery person to arrive who claimed he was there. No he wasnt. Tried calling him back, he kept rejecting my calls. I was outraged especially since it is difficult to contact 3611 Kings bridge. This has got to change! We should be able to contact 3611 kingsbridge if there is a problem like this. Until something is done, I am NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Ordered single-topping (pepperoni) NY crust with extra sauce take-out pizza using the app at the coupon price. Waited and ate part in the store. App showed the pizza was in the oven when I arrived. Pizza was perfectly cooked with good distribution of cheese and pepperoni. Exactly what I ordered!

Extremely disappointed with the service. They take forever to answer the phone—I’ve been placed on hold for up to 20 minutes. Delivery is even worse; my pizza has taken 2 to 3 hours to arrive. There’s clearly no proper management, and they’re constantly short-staffed. Tonight, I placed my order at 9:00 PM, and it’s now midnight and I still haven’t received anything. This is completely unacceptable. Absolute disaster of a service.
Worst experience! You pay for delivery. They take your personal number to ask you to come down to retrieve the pizza to their car and not the door of your home. Then they expect a tip plus the delivery fee rate. Worst store manager too!!!
