This was the second time that I had a bad experience here the first time they hung up on me for repeating my order and delivered my order wrongly now this time I went inside the store to order and when I did I told the manager why in the using gloves to put pepperoni on my pizza he said because they don’t use it and he told me he wouldn’t fix my order from because it was made wrong, they need a health inspection and a new manager!

This location is the worst domino's I've ever been too I tried to get an order of over baked dips the guy taking my order couldn't understand me I tried to tell him explain it to him but he didn't seem to understand me so I told him to forget and I left word to the wise anyone coming here to order anything make sure it's not late at night like past 11pm if not your guaranteed to have a hard time with the late night crew I came in about 12 10 am Saturday night to make my order I won't come here again at that time

Don’t even know where to start … ordered through Uber Eats but the delivery guys are from dominos. It said 30-40min and the first attempt of delivery was 60min after I ordered. The guy couldn’t reach me so he left. On the second attempt he made me go downstairs to get the food. Not only I had to go downstairs but had to walk towards his car because he didn’t even parked (there was a spot right in front of the apartment). What’s the point of delivery if they don’t bring the food to your door ? Also, when I called to know how much longer my order was gonna take he talked to me super disrespectful. Yelling and not even answering my questions. Like he was doing me a favor … isn’t that your job? And I guess he’s not even doing it for free. I PAID FOR THAT SERVICE…
And lastly… the food quality? Awful… cold. The looks? Little Cesar’s pizza looks better. And I have to say I love dominos. I’ve order dominos in Orlando, Atlanta, other countries like Mexico and Dominican Republic. But this ? This didn’t even looked or tasted like dominos. The thin crust that’s supposed to be crunchy… looked like someone threw a cup of water on the crust.
51 dollars to the waste. Not worthy.

On several occasions I’ve had issues with dominos, even in different locations because the delivery drivers are too good to bring it to your door… that’s the whole point of delivery I paid for that service. I don’t understand how this place is still in business. So unprofessional and a waste of money.

They got my order right (because I had to go there and make sure). But then they give me a hard time over 2 barbeque sauce cups. It was a 60 dollar order. Learn how to take care of your customers. Otherwise you’ll end up working in a call center or a 7-11. Again.
I never leave reviews but I have time today! I recently ordered a 5 cheese mac and cheese and a feta and spinach cheese bread from this location via uber eats. I spent close to $40, this included the tip. Everything started going wrong from the delivery person arrived. He showed up with the wrong order and had to go all the way back to the store for my food. When he came back, instead of calling me to come outside, he placed my food on the dirty floor WITHOUT A BAG as if I'm an animal. I tossed the food in the garbage and contacted the store. According to them I could get a refund via Uber eats. According to Uber eats, the store has to issue back my refund because they use a third party delivery personel. I then contacted the store directed and was told by the manager that they cannot issue me a refund. So basically my hard earn money went straight into the garbage. Now I see why this store only has a 2 star rating.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible customer service.

You order delivery and they refuse to bring it to your door. You have a child at home and don’t want to leave them but his domino’s “policy” is they don’t go into apartment buildings. Disgraceful! I tipped $10 for delivery. I will never tip again.

I ordered my food at 3:30 and 1hr17min later I got my order, after calling multiple times. Upon my final call I was told “ the delivery driver got in an accident.” And I would have my food resent to my address in 20 minutes due to my food being cold from waiting over an hour. 35 minutes later I call back for them to tell me too bad I’m not getting another order. If I do it’ll take 2hrs because they are busy. The individual on the phone who claimed to be the manager refused to give their name!! Someone needs to do something about the service and customer service at this location it’s is ridiculous!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered delivery at 7:30 PM it’s 9:20PM and still no delivery. I called and they told me that it was supposedly arriving soon. Never again I would order from this place! {UPDATE;; pizza got here 9:40. Cold and wings too. I’m never going to order from here}
