You order delivery and they refuse to bring it to your door. You have a child at home and don’t want to leave them but his domino’s “policy” is they don’t go into apartment buildings. Disgraceful! I tipped $10 for delivery. I will never tip again.

I ordered my food at 3:30 and 1hr17min later I got my order, after calling multiple times. Upon my final call I was told “ the delivery driver got in an accident.” And I would have my food resent to my address in 20 minutes due to my food being cold from waiting over an hour. 35 minutes later I call back for them to tell me too bad I’m not getting another order. If I do it’ll take 2hrs because they are busy. The individual on the phone who claimed to be the manager refused to give their name!! Someone needs to do something about the service and customer service at this location it’s is ridiculous!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered delivery at 7:30 PM it’s 9:20PM and still no delivery. I called and they told me that it was supposedly arriving soon. Never again I would order from this place! {UPDATE;; pizza got here 9:40. Cold and wings too. I’m never going to order from here}

Service here is really slow. I placed an order online for pick up and was notified my order was ready but when I got to the store they did not make the order so I had to wait even longer. Another occasion I ordered delivery and waited almost 2 hours for my order. Management really needs to step it up and get things in order. There’s no reason for these types of delays on a consistent basis.

The chessebread is never stuffed. You have to tell them to stuff it!! Smh... everytime i order delivery this is the issue then I got to show up in person to get it replaced and done right...

The food was good and hot.. if you have the time and you don't mind waiting.. The service is very delayed, they are not really there to help you at the counter at all.. the best thing is to order of the app/website and pick it up. There is no rush at this domino's at all. I ordered 25 minutes before I went and when I got there I still had to wait. There is no warm hellos here..do not pay attention to the TRACKER it does NOT work here.. if you want a good domino's pizza and don't mind waiting, this is a ok location. But if you are looking for a domino's that offers you a warm welcome and helps you choose something different, this is NOT it. This domino's is not for beginners. Also parking sucks it's on a bus stop.
Parking: Location is on a bus stop, if you park in the bus stop you will get a ticket, behind the bus stop is payed parking spots.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. No eating inside. Just pick up and go. No restrooms.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but pick up only.. no sitting inside. No restrooms.

This is the worst Domino's so unprofessional ....I ordered online , but called before the food left to ensure they had my correct Bell number and apartment number...they say yeah yeah we got all that and talked over me.. then hang up on me..then I call again they said Domino's doesn't come up to the apartment they call you when they are outside, which they never did....then I see on the tracker that I already got my food which I did not ....waited an hour to be told he came back to the store .....so they said he could bring my food out on the next delivery run...I said that food has been sitting in a car for more that an hour...I want my food but I want fresh, hot food....the manager himself tells me we can't just keep making u food.....then I explain to him that this was their error and I had called like 6 x and he called me a liar......Never again
Warning to all customers do not buy pizza from this pizza place it takes two to three hours for your pizza delivery and it's cold the pizza here is no good please customers do not buy... customers look at the reviews that's why it's got a lot of bad reviews don't do it save your money and go to another pizza place not that one................

If I ran a business the way they did I would either be fired, bankrupt or be on the Business Bureau radar for fraud.
This place is terrible. They straight up lied about delivering my food, took my money WITH TIP and did not answer the phone when trying to reach them. Now I have to report them with my credit card. Thank God you can easily dispute transactions nowadays but it’s so unfortunate to be hungry and not receive your food which they automatically tip themselves for.
This place is an EMBARRASSMENT of an establishment. It should be closed down so a different store can open shop and actually service the community better.

Terrible! They put in the app that our food was delivered but it never arrived. They called us and we missed the call unfortunately. Not even 3 minutes later we go downstairs and there’s no one there. So you really gonna call and dip that quick ?? I was in the bathroom. We called them back not even 3 min after the missed call.. no response. Called the store twice no response just a robot continuously saying same nonsense. The store says it’s not busy. So why can’t anyone get to the phone? How can you even resolve this with no response ?? I’ll have to dispute it with the bank. Money wasted for nothing.
