I had a horrible experience here. The manager is a crook! I was charged $10 for a six dollar drink and never received my receipt and when I asked, I noticed a charge for two dollars for a doughnut and I asked why did they do that? they said that they didn’t have an option to charge me for the chai that I wanted to add, However, in a another location, they made it possible without charging me.
Stopped by for some old-fashioned donuts and a latte with oat milk. They were fresh and the cashier was nice

The service is quick, akin to the coffee version of McDonald's. Customers are advised to speak slowly when ordering to help the multitasking staff. Despite being busy in the mornings, the donuts are always good. The parking can be crowded, and there is wheelchair accessibility. However, even when offered, the guy outside asking for food prefers not to have Dunkin'. The Bronx locals add a humorous touch to the experience at Dunkin'.
