I placed my order with the lady & I told her I wanted glazed chocolate munchkins & she gave me glazed munchkins. She wasn't fully listening to me or the customer before me.
Never had a bad thing to say about this place except for…. Can you please re-train your employees on what less ice means?? It means literally 4 cubes of ice, not a whole ice scoop in a cup. Thanks!

The staff are great, but the atmosphere needs more effective management. They are often, illegal dealings going on, while children are in proximity and employees do not speak up or call for police help. Alot of homeless and drug addicts camp out there, as well as dealers. Fights and arguments have broken out, while customers are enjoying they coffee and food. Management is very slow at addressing problems, before they excalate.
