Dunkin'

The manager and store associate needs in service on customer service and hospitality. The store was still showing up as open on google at 819 I pull up to the store expecting to get a small hot chocolate and to use the restroom after completing a longggg shift at work I’m a nurse and an avid Dunkin’ Donuts goers every morning at the dunkin across the road when I’m scheduled for a shift. This experience was the first gross encounter I’ve had with a dunkin and I’ve been to many and friends with many managers.
First, the lobby was closed with no- as I tried to get the attention of the people inside they blatantly ignored me. When someone finally glanced my way after 5 mins. They refused to even come to the door- On the first very cold night in New York City. Then as I mouth to them I want to make a purchase the manager said mouthed something - his associate laughed- then they proceeded to complete the order from the drive through. Completely disgusting. Communication is the key to effective communication. The store is obviously not closed as they are taking drive thru orders. I’m completely aware that each franchise has a different owner however, Dunkin’ should have a more thorough process in screening the employees that they use to represent them and follow the policies of open and closing hours accordingly. All money is valid at Dunkin for the hours listed on google maps.

I ordered cappuccino but they gave me boiled milk with little portion of coffee its waste of money

they were all cleaning up and closed 30 minutes before they’re actual business closing hours, terrible when they have many cars in line waiting to order.

Read the room about the other reviews, this understaffed disgusting establishment should be shut down 🤣 disgusting bathroom, never the right stuff in stock or available to order and the coffee is 6 bucks and tastes like sewer water. Worst dunkin I've ever been to in my life.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered a matcha with cold foam, but instead of cold foam, they gave me whipped cream, and the drink had clumps of powder at the bottom. I also ordered mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese, and despite placing my order online 10 minutes in advance, they weren’t ready when I arrived. The employee didn’t even place them in the pickup area, which caused an unnecessary delay. The whole experience was frustrating because my order was clearly detailed online, and I expected better preparation and service.

If you’re looking for an early morning coffee go somewhere else. They are never open on time. I won’t even try anymore.

Well-managed, food and drink fresh and no waiting during morning rush! This location has a drive thru - stay to the right after entering service plaza.

The public bathroom at the gas station and Dunkin’ Donuts was closed and we ordered some food and my six year old desperately had to go to the bathroom; was going to have an accident. Staff refused to allow her to use the employee bathroom and said they didn’t have one which is obviously not true. Quite rude.

The persooanal is not professional and asked for coffee. french vanilla gave coffee with flowers french vanilla, ordered an avocado sandwich served without a tomato on top, I asked why there is no posidor on top as in the picture ??? to which the cashier answered me you didn’t immediately say that you needed tomatoes on top of the sandwich, I told him and when I made the order you didn’t ask me what to put in??? in general, the workers speak and understand English poorly, the staff is not professional, they ruined my avocado sandwich,,,, and the rice has no lemon for tea ... the donuts were fresh only for this I give 2 stars of the review, though they are not worth 1 star review ... I do not advise you to stop by here ....

Súper bad costumer service, cashier # 254847 was super rude! I didn’t know the right name for the frozen coffee and she made me feel stupid because I said iced coffee with crush ice. I’ll never come back to that place
