The slowest service and lukewarm coffee and cold food. Took forever to order and my coffee was warm not hot and my avocado toast was mushy not even toasted plus they had no sugar pair coffee stirs available.

Horrible Customer service. They needed get retrained. Keep charging Customer money for expresso drinks and given them a cup of milk instead. Multiple times. Go to Starbucks instead next door.

I go constantly for a frozen drink so.etimes a butter peacan or the mocha but everytime I get it, it does t look like the picture. I asked the lady making the drinks and she stated I had to request the drink to look how it suppose to come when I order it but there's no option. When I mentioned it again she gives me a attitude and says it doesn't cone like that any more. All I wanted was for my drink to have the extra flavor around the cup instead of drizzled on top. I think some recoaching is needed to help some people make a proper drink that is being advertised in the store and not something they wanna make for people. I don't want to give it a star but forced to.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations in The Bronx. You can taste the love they put into their drinks and food. The inside is super spacious and nice. The staff is also super hospitable as well. It's also very convenient next to the medical college and the hospital.

Seriously unorganized. Only three people working and the person at the register was not only taking orders but also filling them. Which meant that the line was 20 people long and it took me 20 min to get one donut with 2 people in front of me. This was such a bad experience.
