All the staff are amazing , very knowledgeable, and greet with smile the entire time . I’m a regular here and I won’t go to most D&D because I just love the staff
Iced coffee is literally a daily essential for me 😂☕. Since I’m always on the go, I don’t really have one consistent place that I get it from. I stopped at this location yesterday, and the service was nothing short of pleasant!

I didn't know this Dunkin location was so boujee we needed a doorman. [Sarcasm] Collectively, stop giving those people outside this location money and I promise they'll eventually go away.
ANYWAYS, The donuts are usually fresh if you get them first thing in the morning. Service is INCREDIBLY FAST. Though I can't say much else, sandwiches are sometimes slapped together with no care, and the coffee tastes watered down. I'm only going to this location for the Paze deal tbh....read full review

Dunkin' at 4720 Third Ave in the Bronx is a great place. The store is always clean, quick, and well-organized. The staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating, providing great customer service. They are cool people, very patient, and very kind, getting orders right every time. The manager is a standout: respectful, hardworking, down to earth, and professional. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has their drinks and food ready, keeps the line moving fast, and treats every customer with patience. He runs the store with professionalism and kindness. The store has fresh coffee and a welcoming, calming, and peaceful atmosphere. It is amazingly peaceful, making it easy to get work done. They have not been out of stock of pumpkin since they opened. The prices are affordable.
