Not a full service establishment. No bathroom even for paying customers, no tables, online order pick up area no nothing but register. It’s set up to only take your money and accomodate you little to none. They should just make a smaller location so then people would know what to expect.

What happened to this place? It was so good before. Ppl here seemed hate their job so much. Never had a pistachio coffee w/o a tiny hint of the nut…. lol, just plain cream and sugar.

Staff are slow. Give attitude at times. Orders take a long time... there's nowhere to sit. Food also often tastes 3D printed. They barely have donuts. How are you a dunkin' donuts without donuts???? mid experience, it's better than most though.

I usually buy a hot chocolate but for some reason this store has issue with their machine, cause always you’ll need go back for fixed but unfortunately not always I have the time for it. Please check the machine

Disappointed. The cashier was really slow. I only ordered a medium iced coffee w 4 Splenda and milk and the Snack bacon. More milk would have helped. It took almost 10 minutes to get my bacon. The coffee took about 2 minutes. A line was forming for order pickups as I waited for my bacon. The bacon is premade. The food order filler was going in order of the orders, but he probably could have gotten the bacon sooner. He double folded the bacon bag at least. The bacon was a lot of broken pieces, which was also disappointing. I am glad there was only one person in front of me when I placed the order, or I would have been there even longer. I am glad I do not need to visit Dunkin Donuts too often. This one will suffice because it is the only one in the area. I went on a Saturday early afternoon. I would hate to see it during the morning during the week.

Honestly I got to get 2 drinks from two different dunkins to compare. I got the dukinlatte and it tasted off? I don't know how to put it or if it was just me. I like the staff I forgot to give my change and was about to leave but they told me to pick up my change. The staff is good. But it was busy so I don't know, yet. Will come back as it's right next to the park.

Victoria I believe she is the manager, she was GREAT!! she take care of customers, made sure the order was properly made with care. She showed me my wrap was overcooked and made a new one for me and let me take 2 wraps. She made sure my ice coffee was perfect with the ingredients i wanted and it tasted just right.
there's a moderate wait time to order if you haven't done so ahead of time, even than i've found that it takes considerably longer for them to fulfill an online order, not the place to go if you're looking for speedy service, they are open early !
