Not sure hw this place has a 4 rating... Staff does not pay attention 2 the guests when ordering. I noticed 5 order mistakes including my order... during the chaos i asked for the Manager who was down stairs while it seemed like a new hire was on the register and confused.

This was it. Dont let the long time manager or new trainees under her spell or in close proximity to her make the ice coffee.When the manager is around or makes the coffee, it is always watered down , old, or with a low amount of ice. This is a trend I have noticed at not just this location evolve for the past 10 years but across the city even though prices have continued to increase. I get that you have an incentive to make a profit but boy keep it consistent at least on quality.This was it, if I see the manager in there I run. There are few folks in there who are great and make good coffee when the manager is not there. Still with the price for the coffee what they are charging, the risk is no longer worth it when the coffee taste like something other than coffee.

I teach basketball nearby and never miss an opportunity to drop in for their hash browns I like mine "well done" and they cook my hash browns to perfection.Kid-friendliness: Families in that part of the Bronx frequent the store regularly.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. No ramp needed. Everything is ground level.

My experience was great with good customer service.
How unexpected and irresponsible they can be. I arrived at this location around 6:52pmAs soon as the employee saw my car being parked he rushed to to the door and locked it immediately. He knew that I will be going to the store and he doesn’t want me to get it. I was surprised to see that than I went to the website to check and find out that they closed at 7pm. I was shocked and disappointed to see that they locked the door right at my face even though they had 8 minutes left to close the stor

This company and its establishment’s throw away bunches of donuts every night and for some reason they have still not come up with a free donut a day perk like if it will destroy them even while knowing most people buy 2-6 each visit but oh no can’t give one away not that lol .. anyway good doughnuts good coffee good place .
