Dunkin'

Dunkin hot chocolate was my favorite until today. Usually creamy snd delicious. Today I got watery tasting coco with an oily lingering nasty taste in my mouth from the whip cream. Disgusting. Then the guy at cashier not representing the Dunkin name. No smile. He not happy to work there. It doesn’t look festive enough The place looks gloomy. The mini Dunkin’s donut the minis with candy coating too hard. If it catches your gums at the corner it cut you. They were fresh would I ordered not the dark chocolate covered in Oreos and caramel with hard bits of what not sure. The glaze sprinkle were good. The donuts not completely cover have bald spots For what Dark chocolate should not be sugar sweet disgusting. I paid to what I good extremely disappointed

The chai was extremely sweet. I couldn’t even get passed 2 sips. I asked for a grilled cheese . She even confirmed that I wanted the grilled cheese . Then goes and says I didn’t order it. Then when I go back to the register to order it again . I asked for bacon on my sandwich she barely put anything.

Mr. Joy and Mr. Ahmed were very kind and had great customer service skills.

I don't know what happened to this place, but I will be calling corporate. The staff were arguing in front of customers and in the back room! The young man who stepped in to help them was also very rude! The person who was supposedly making my snackin bacon never made it and went to go ahead and continue arguing with the other woman in the back. I waited 20 minutes for someone else to make my bacon for it to not even be cooked fully!!!!! Wanted to try the new mint chocolate coffee, but my experience was ruined, and the coffee was not made that good, I don't even taste the mint! I am very disappointed. This used to be one of the best Dunkin's around town.

A young girl cut her hand on some glass and started bleeding all over the floor and then when EMS came the staff repeatedly asked her friends to clean up the blood which was spilling everywhere and called them idiots which I think resulted from racism

i just came to this dunkin with a friend with my campus coupon of 5$ and the male at the counter rudely asked me what did i want as if the coupon didn’t say it so i showed it to him. He later than told me and my friend to get out because of this and called us rude. This is the first time i ever encountered such rudeness at a dunkin and I wouldn’t recommend. We sat there confused until he repeated it 3 times he was very rude and nasty and obviously can’t communicate with customers very well.

Once again I’m making a review about this place. I ordered through the app for a plain, toasted dark bagel, they of course, didn’t toast it dark. So I ask the cook to toast it a little darker. The older woman, I have no idea her name, but she always has such a nasty attitude when speaking to customers or to the staff, says something in a different language but ‘customer’ came up and toasted dark bagel.

I proceeded to ask if there was an issue, but the man that was there said ‘No, she was talking to me’ when she wasn’t speaking to him at all. Im done coming and ordering from her because of that woman. I refuse to have my morning commute ruined by a nasty attitude. Best believe I will never order from this Dunkin again. Other Dunkin’ stores will be getting my service.

No other Dunkin has given me an issue about my tea being separated or my bagel being toasted dark. A request by a customer should not have the employee get yelled at and the customer getting attitude because of their mistake. Do better.

I recently visited this store and had an extremely disappointing experience with the cashier. The cashier was very impatient with me, even going so far as to throw bottles around carelessly. When it was my turn, I asked for help with the store’s app, and the cashier’s response was nothing short of rude and disgusting. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy was appalling. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this behavior and ensure a more respectful and helpful shopping environment in the future.

Just went in to get some waters and apple juice before my shift…. when I asked for a bag the girl behind the counter said No. I said why she says cause I can’t give it to you. Again I asked why she said that’s for to go orders only. Then the manager comes out and I said so I got all these bottles and I can’t get a bag he says no…. I can’t get a simple bag after spending money at your place what poor customer service.
