I would rate this place 0 stars if I could this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location in probably the entire world. I just went to this location at 7:20 PM and they said they were closed which makes no sense to me when you guys are supposed to be open until 8 PM. According to the time on the door and online. I literally never write reviews because it’s never that serious but this location tbh needs to close down because they clearly don’t want to work anyways.

Slowest customer service and drive thru service I've ever experienced. Either they need more staff or more capable workers. Shouldn't take 15-20-30 mins for the drive thru each and every time. I've tried different times of the day and still the same. If there are cars in drive thru on line already... guaranteed to wait!!

absolutely worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever gone to they constantly get your orders wrong I've gone there with other people and they always get the order wrong or they leave something out, and they're really rude to their customers, do yourself a favor fellow Bronxites, find someplace else to get your coffee and donuts anywhere else but there.

Very poor customer service,the ladies that work in here are very rude,they get nasty with you when you tell them your food wasn't right ,eirther it raw bacon or burnt bacon,I worked for the company of Dunkin donuts for years n know the protocol, they make you wait long n talk about you in they language,they say hiring but never gave any others races any opportunity to work in that store location ,they made my son sick plenty of times the only one who gave good customer service is the old short guy there forget his name but he very good otherwise they are ridiculous in there

This location carries the usual Dunkin/Baskin Robbins array of goods (plus cute Dunkin themed dog toys), but the customer service is horrid. Very rude staff who will sometimes, as a group, just stand around and ignore you while you wait near the cash register. This happened to me when the store was empty and it was the middle of the afternoon, as a regular customer who always shows up with a child to get him lunch.They do no smile, greet, or speak up loud enough when interacting. Overdone hash browns were served without even a slight apology.I wanted to give my place a good rating for the convenience and speed of the service, but the cold and unfriendly atmosphere made that difficult. I hope that they see this review and improve the work environment in that place. This could be one of my favorite Dunkin/Baskin Robbins locations if only they'd hire people who want to be there, or at least train them to pretend well enough.Unfortunately, I have ceased using this location and will walk further just to get to the friendlier ones.Vegetarian options: The plain bagels, hash browns, and several drink options are either vegan friendly or can be tweaked to be. As of yet, none of the confectionery offerings or sandwiches are vegan friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This store has a ramp for wheelchair access.

they need to get it together in there, idk if three workers is too little or what but they move way to slow for the morning. another man came in who they recognized, he was behind me in line, there workers asked what he wanted and he had to tell them to serve me first and he called the manager (im assuming cause je was wearing blue not black) out of the back to help. i just wanted an old fashioned donut and i stood there for entirely too long.
