they need to get it together in there, idk if three workers is too little or what but they move way to slow for the morning. another man came in who they recognized, he was behind me in line, there workers asked what he wanted and he had to tell them to serve me first and he called the manager (im assuming cause je was wearing blue not black) out of the back to help. i just wanted an old fashioned donut and i stood there for entirely too long.

Slowest customer service and drive thru service I've ever experienced. Either they need more staff or more capable workers. Shouldn't take 15-20-30 mins for the drive thru each and every time. I've tried different times of the day and still the same. If there are cars in drive thru on line already... guaranteed to wait!!
