This location carries the usual Dunkin/Baskin Robbins array of goods (plus cute Dunkin themed dog toys), but the customer service is horrid. Very rude staff who will sometimes, as a group, just stand around and ignore you while you wait near the cash register. This happened to me when the store was empty and it was the middle of the afternoon, as a regular customer who always shows up with a child to get him lunch.They do no smile, greet, or speak up loud enough when interacting....

they need to get it together in there, idk if three workers is too little or what but they move way to slow for the morning. another man came in who they recognized, he was behind me in line, there workers asked what he wanted and he had to tell them to serve me first and he called the manager (im assuming cause je was wearing blue not black) out of the back to help. i just wanted an old fashioned donut and i stood there for entirely too long.
