Quality of service has gone down hill since 2020; drink is always prepped wrong if I order in store and now someone is stealing my orders because they don't ask for peoples names to confirm pick up, and the workers don't care! It's so frustrating! Just get my order correct! What is the point of ordering ahead if there is no safety measures! Literally every other dunkin I've been to does not have this problem!

Zero stars. They put a bucketful of ice in my iced drink. They’re ripping off customers. You only sip a couple of times and your drink is finished. When I went to complain the workers there didn’t offer to make the order right or apologize. Always ask for light ice in all your cold drinks or these scammers will try to rip you off time and time again.

Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!
Closed for what seems to be a total renovation. There’s no signage indicating a re-open date as of this morning (Wednesday 10/26)…not happy about that

I ordered online ten minutes beforehand since I grab it on my way into work and it’s great to be able to grab it and go. I walk in, over ten minutes after my order goes through. No customers but three workers. Two of them not even cleaning or prepping food or making drinks. I ask about my order. The guy pulls a receipt that I see was just sitting there. He then finally starts to make it. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they ignore the tickets? Late to work, great. No acknowledgment that they messed up. Just slowly makes my order. Never coming to this location again.
