This Dunkin’ at 5501 Broadway is hands down the best Dunkin’ in the Bronx! The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are perfectly made, and the service is top-notch. The staff here is super friendly and quick, even during the busiest times. I’ve been to other locations, but this one just gets it right every time. It’s my go-to spot!
This is one of the better Dunkin's I've visited. The only complaint is their hot chocolate seems a little watered down. I've tried it on multiple visits but it hasn't improved.

This place is a pure example of "you order what you want" but "in a hurry, I will give you what I want" Ordered: L-Latte (no sugar-little caramel, emphasis on NO PUMPKIN or any spicy taste) and 3 donuts. Got: M-Latte (full of cinnamon sugar and pumpkin) and 2 donuts Charged: L-Latte + 3 donuts

This morning I tried Dunkin Donuts with my family. Friendly staff. Food at a great temp sausage egg and cheese raisin bagel, two orders of hash browns. Coffee at a great temp. They had donuts with no sprinkles in the back, which was great for my family member. Highly recommend. Kid friendly. Lots of parking. No lines.
Today I went to buy what I always be getting for years in this place today the clerk did what I never thought they would do to me and give me fake money in return I even took a picture, I gave $20 and the clearly gave $11 and some coins I notice the 10 dollar looked weird but been that I go here almost every day it never cross my mind. So when I went to another business with change they gave I was told they wasn’t taking the money cause it was fake I was shocked and because of this I will never go back here
