Ordinarily I like this Dunkin, the food tastes better than most, they don't leave the coffee in the urns forever or burn it, and the staff are very nice. Unfortunately I have now twice seen them forget the eggs on a bacon and egg sandwich. I have no idea how you forget one of just three things, bacon, eggs, and the bread of choice, but they did. Twice.
Guys, have some coffee. You need it.

Lately I’ve been ordering online and picking up at this location. I love the use of location sharing, when I pull up to the speaker I’m always greeted and always told in the sweetest way that my order is ready for me. The last time I had to know who the voice was behind the friendly and welcoming end. Their name is Karim. What a lovely individual! I think it’s just such a nice balance between the use of technology and the personal touch. I hope this location values this type of customer care and service. So much that I have to leave a review. The other employees are kind and attentive as well. One time I came in and the only chocolate frosted donuts had sprinkles. I have suck a picky kid and happen to mention it and they went out of there way to grab me one for Ron the back without sprinkles. One of the sweet workers told me how they didn’t like sprinkles either. Thanks guys!!
