Shout out to the 2 employees working this Friday morning (9/23) while there manager sat in the back and let them struggle there was a line to window and people started leaving. The employees are usually great but please fix your management before your employees start walking out too
Pros: This location is very convenient for commuters. The staff is usually very friendly and works quickly to get you in and out. Donuts are always really fresh tasting.Cons: The last few times I’ve ordered coffee it taste burnt or very bitter. Almost if it was old. The first time I told them it tasted off they apologized quickly and replaced my drink. I love this place , I go everyday before I go to work, they know my face as a regular to where I don't even have to tell them what I want, they already know ! They make my iced and frozen coffee JUST RIGHT ???
